A yoga teacher (yin yoga is my jam), reiki healer and herbalist, and I wrote a personal development book you might like, Life in the Soul Lane.

I help women slow down and reconnect with themselves through yin yoga, earth-based practices, and seasonal living.

I offer both group and 1:1 services, designed to elevate your health and life in a holistic, sustainable, and grounded way. 

My approach is holistic and all-encompassing. I use yoga, energy and herbal medicine to amplify your health and your life.

I offer workshops, courses and trainings that connect you with your own energy and innate healing capacity, with the practice of yin yoga being my specialty.

Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does in her yoga class. Her voice is so calming, grounding & I always feel so safe & held when I am in her presence during a session with her. I have had other yoga teachers before & I could never quite get myself to a space of relaxation & trust, but from the very first class with Bec I was in awe of how easily it was for me to drop in to that level of calmness. I was also so impressed that she was able to hold such a wonderful space that I was able to let go & allow my mind to rest which brought forward visions to help me on my journey, which I am so grateful for!
