A yoga teacher with a decade of teaching experience, specialising in Yin Yoga. Bec is also the author of the personal development book Life in the Soul Lane.

Bec supports women slow down and reconnect with themselves through yin yoga, earth-based practices, and cyclic living.

Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does in her yoga class. Her voice is so calming, grounding & I always feel so safe & held when I am in her presence during a session with her. I have had other yoga teachers before & I could never quite get myself to a space of relaxation & trust, but from the very first class with Bec I was in awe of how easily it was for me to drop in to that level of calmness. I was also so impressed that she was able to hold such a wonderful space that I was able to let go & allow my mind to rest which brought forward visions to help me on my journey, which I am so grateful for!
