bec has had A VARIED HEALTH CAREER spanning ACROSS MANY MODALITIES, FROM WORKING IN A MULTI-MODALITY HEALTH CLINIC, TO PERSONAL TRAINING, YOGA, PILATES, reiki, herbal medicine AND NUTRITION.

WHAT bec has discovered from many years of experience is that there is not a one size fits all approach when it comes to wellbeing.

there is no quick fix. it takes a devotion to yourself, your health, and your life.

bec’s aim is to support you to craft a lifestyle that will set you up for sustainable wellbeing, which acts as the springboard for the big life that you know you’re here to live.

Bec’s warmth and kind-heartedness was apparent from our first meeting, making me feel instantly comfortable in sharing my journey, including not only my private and personal struggles and frustrations, but also, my joys. Through her gentle, steering guidance, I was able to connect with issues and blocks in my current way of living with more intention, self-compassion and assurance. 

Over our beautiful and personally transformative six weeks together, we delved deep into areas such as boundary setting (particularly within relationships), prioritisation of self, establishment of nourishing routines and rituals (through meditation, yoga, nutrition, and sleep education), exploration of the masculine and feminine energies, reconnection to spirituality, and leaning gently but powerfully into ‘letting go’. 

The space that Bec held for me, even through a screen, felt like a warm, and familiar hug, with each and every one of the practices tailored to my individual beliefs, circumstances, and…pace. Her presence was not only supportive, but authentic (‘walking the talk’, herself), helping to keep me feeling inspired and accountable. Most appreciated, was her effortless ability to adapt and pivot with my fluctuating moods and needs, offering grounding, a sense of stability, and a sprinkling of light.
