-A workbook to guide you through this practice at home 

-A Dharma talk on acceptance, resilience, finding comfort in discomfort, being flexible and pliable in your life

Following this session you will have a practice that you can implement into your life during times of heightened stress, or as a regular maintenance practice to maintain a calm and grounded state, and reduce general stress and anxiety.
