Pre-session

Upon booking, you will be guided to fill in an extensive pre-consultation form including dietary and lifestyle habits that will give me a really clear understanding of what areas of focus you require support with.

Together we chat through your intake form and bring to life the words on the page, plus any additional information that you’d like to share. I will also conduct a physical diagnosis relevant to your presenting symptoms eg. tongue diagnosis, abdominal diagnosis, and elemental diagnosis to discover your unique constitutional makeup.

Using the collated information and your desired outcomes, I craft a detailed, personalised and holistic treatment plan for you, including but not limited to - 

  • herbal medicine where required in a form that aligns with you 

  • nutritional guidance and plan to address your specific needs 

  • lifestyle changes to implement, which could include practices such as – meditation, breathwork, yoga, stress management plus many more depending on your circumstances, exercise, changes to your work or family life, sleep hygiene - this will be varied depending on your personal situation and goals

I primarily use plants, herbs and food as medicine, coupled with lifestyle practices to support your wellbeing in a holistic way. 

I believe that nature provides us with everything that we need to heal and thrive. Our body, mind and spirit are naturally attuned to the rhythms of nature, and sometimes all we need is to tweak the dial a little so that we can be in harmony once more.

If we can provide the right environment, nourishment, and a little bit of love and tenderness, our body has the innate ability to heal and harmonise.

Please note: If you are experiencing two or more health concerns, you will likely require more than one appointment.

My approach is to aim for sustainability when it comes to your wellbeing journey, and I like to address one or two issues at one time to ensure that the changes are sustainable and effective.

There is also a process whereby often certain concerns need to be addressed first before moving on to the next to ensure a sturdy foundation to build upon.
