We are all made up of energy. We are energetic beings first, and physical beings second. 


Bring the palms of your hands towards one another, and feel the heat and energy between them. This is your life-force energy. This is your power. 

To be in good health, your life-force energy must be flowing freely throughout your body. When this energy becomes stuck or stagnant in the body, be it through an injury, emotional turmoil, trauma, or the heaviness that life can sometimes bring, this can cause imbalances and dis-ease in the body.

Dis-ease manifests first in the energy body, and secondly in the physical body. It is important to nourish and nurture your energetic body, just as much as your physical body to ensure overall wellbeing of the mind, body and soul.

Our fast-paced modern world means that many of us have a strung-out nervous system, leaving both our physical and energetic bodies depleted.

Energy Medicine Sessions

Energy Medicine Sessions are a bespoke fusion of Yin Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, and infused with the healing frequencies of Reiki Healing.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, inward style of yoga that encourages introspection and a free flow of energy through the meridian system. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to encourage energy flow, inward reflection, as well as tonifying the organs and connective tissues of the body.

What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing used to promote relaxation and optimal energy flow in the body. This in turn activates the body’s innate ability to heal. Reiki can be practiced via distance healing, as energy spans over time and space.

Both Yin Yoga and Reiki can support you to relieve stress and anxiety, promote optimal energy flow and relaxation through your body, release stored toxins, stagnant energy or stagnant lymph, and so much more.

Each session is bespoke and customized to you at the present time of your session. You may be guided into a visualization, meditation, or breathing technique, or encouraged to work with a mantra or affirmation.

The session will be oriented towards what is happening for you at that time - mind,body and soul. Specific meridians (energy channels), chakras (energy centres), organs and parts of your body will be in focus to invoke greater balance and healing. 

You may have post-session recommendations to guide and support you. I have a range of supportive practices, tools and rituals that may be incorporated either into your session, or as post-session integration. 

You will leave your session feeling lighter, more relaxed, more connected to your body and intuition. It is when we allow ourselves this sacred time to rest and receive that intuitive insights are received, and healing can occur. 

Think of this session as maintenance for your energetic and physical health, as well as sacred self-care time that is just for you.
