BEC HAS BEEN TEACHING YOGA, MEDITATION AND BREATHWORK CLASSES SINCE 2016, WITH HER OWN PERSONAL PRACTICE SPANNING AND GROWING OVER THE PAST 12 YEARS.
BEC HAS A GENTLE, CONSIDERED APPROACH IN HER TEACHING, WITH A PARTICULAR LOVE AND SPECIALISATION IN YIN YOGA.
BEC LOVES CREATING SPACES FOR PEOPLE TO CONNECT WITH THEIR BODY, BREATH AND ENERGY, WHILE EXPLORING THEIR INNER TERRAIN. PRACTICE ONLINE WITH BEC VIA YOUTUBE AND INSIGHT TIMER.

oin Bec Russell for a beautiful practice specifically designed to support, relax and heal your mind, body and soul.
This practice will support you to shift into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), cultivate tranquility in your mind, and promote relaxation and healing. You will leave the practice feeling more connected, grounded and rejuvenated.
~What to expect~
The practice begins with a centering meditation and gentle breathwork practice.
Together, we will then move through a yin/restorative yoga sequence designed to calm your nervous system and ground your energy.
The practice will close with an extended Savasana (final relaxation).This will be infused with Reiki Healing to amplify the healing effects of this practice.
This will support your body, mind and soul to integrate the shifts that have occurred.
This practice is suitable for all levels.

Bec is absolutely amazing at what she does in her yoga class. Her voice is so calming, grounding & I always feel so safe & held when I am in her presence during a session with her. I have had other yoga teachers before & I could never quite get myself to a space of relaxation & trust, but from the very first class with Bec I was in awe of how easily it was for me to drop in to that level of calmness. I was also so impressed that she was able to hold such a wonderful space that I was able to let go & allow my mind to rest which brought forward visions to help me on my journey, which I am so grateful for! Safe to say Bec is my most favourite yoga teacher & I only hope to attend many more of her classes as what she offers is pure magic
