A season of slow
I have been moving through a season of slow. Perhaps, the slowest I have ever allowed myself to move before.
This has looked like physically moving my body slower. Slow short walks. Slow, gentle and juicy yoga practice. No more, no less.
Living in a convenient but toxic world
We have grown up in an extremely convenient world, where anything you want is at your fingertips with little to no wait time in between. In many ways, this can be an enhancement of our lives. In the vast majority of instances, it is detrimental to our well being - mind, body and soul.
In the void..
There’s much to be said about allowing ourselves to dream. Allowing ourselves to bask in the light that begins to shine through in the shadows of the void.

I have just celebrated my birthday and I was taking some time for reflection and it got me thinking about the past year of my life, and all of our lives. There has been a lot of shift and change and for me personally it has been a massive year of growth and evolution.
What does wellness mean?
I think the terms wellness and well-being are very subjective and very personal for each individual. And there really is no right all wrong, it is just about being really in-tune with your body and what it needs in any given moment.
