A fusion of yin and restorative yoga, breathwork and meditation. A divine moment of ritual, presence and reverence for self.

A safe haven to soothe your senses, find your centre, and ground your energy during eclipse season and mercury retrograde, or anytime you need to come home to yourself.

The space opens with a centering meditation. We then move through some gentle, calming and nourishing breathwork. Next we will move through a slow, grounding and nourishing combined yin and restorative yoga practice. Both of these yoga styles are very slow and gentle. Poses are held between 3-15 minutes and are completed supported by props ~ so juicy!

This practice is designed to drop you deep into your parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you feeling like you are floating on a cloud, while filling up your inner well.

Please bring along your yoga props if you have them eg. yoga mat, bolster and blocks. If you don’t own yoga props, please bring two big cushions or pillows. Optional to bring a blanket, eye pillow or anything else you need to feel supported during your practice.Adorn your practice however you wish - candles, essential oils, healing music in the background, oracle cards - whatever delights you!Ensure you wear comfortable clothes suitable for yoga.
