From The Heart - Cacao Ceremony Bec Russell x Hollie Azzopardi

Join Bec Russell and Hollie Azzopardi to gather in ceremony together, not only to celebrate one year of Bec’s book, Life in the Soul Lane, but also to celebrate, honour, and pay reverence to yourself. 

As is the theme of Life in the Soul Lane, the intention for From The Heart is to connect you with your authentic self, your higher self, and your kind, loving heart. 

During this ceremony, we will be working with the sacred plant medicine of cacao to connect with the heart space, as the bridge between Heaven and Earth. You can also journey through the ceremony with your hands on your heart rather than using cacao, should you choose.

The ceremony will be crafted with an intentionally curated playlist, as Hollie guides you on a journey back home to yourself.

During this ceremony we are guided to connect to our authentic selves through the portals of our heart, womb and intuition. All you need to do it sit in presence, and allow yourself to receive.
